I've been a member of mastermind groups for the last four years in different organizations and I'm in one in the Denver area as well too and they are invaluable tools that you need to be a part of.

When I joined the Elite Group last May, I believe it was it took a one-hour coaching call from David to my two managers to sink it into the heads of what we needed to do. That price for that one hour is well worth over $90,000 a year for me right now, because it changed our business completely around.

All these tools that you guys are getting right now are useless unless you know how to put them to use for you. Okay, we've got our order allotment sheets, we've got our order guides, we've got our labor control systems and everything like that, but without a coach to actually teach you how to put these into place it's worthless.

You've been here for four days right now, you're gathering all this information up and you're going to get back to your restaurant and you're going to bury yourself in the weeds again, because it's a lot of work. It's not easy to do, so until you have somebody that pushes you and actually forces you to get it done and he'll tell you directly what you don't want to hear and that's why a lot of people don't join these, because they're afraid to hear the truth.

He told me the truth that we had the laziest servers he's ever heard of. He told me that we need to cut 200 man hours off of our labor to reach the 29% goal that we were setting. We said it can't be done, he says don't tell me you can't, tell me how we can get it done. We've cut 202 hours in the three months that we focused to get it done and I used my coaching calls, my mangers have used the coaching calls to get on with it.

Get onto the mastermind calls as well too and it's an amazing tool, because what I say they don't listen to me. I'm no expert in my own backyard, but I tell you what once David gets on the phone he's the king. He knows everything out there and I'm just the moron running the restaurant, so it is well worth it for the investment. It's not an expense for you to invest into your learning; you never stop learning.

So anybody that's just on the fence right now with thinking of joining a mastermind or coaching-type group this is a perfect opportunity for you. You do it, you do it and he's going to force you to do it that's the thing. Now if you're afraid to be told what to do this isn't a mastermind group for you to join, because if you do not want to hear the truth you might as well just pack your bags and go back home, because you're not going to do anything anyway.

If you want to grow and get to the next level and create the lifestyle and the freedom that you desired when you first opened up your restaurant this is the first step you need to take before you can move on, because a year from now you'll look back and say it was well worth every single penny. Like I said, I would do it 10 times over again, because I understand the value of being part of a mastermind group and other members telling me not how I can't do it, but how I can do it.

Going to the Elite Meetings as well now too is priceless. There's nothing more fun than sitting in a room with 18 to 20 likeminded business owners who aren't hiding anything from you and want a say in your success as much as you want to succeed as well too, so they're not going to hold anything back.

Again, they're going to be honest and they're going to be brute with you, but again that's what you need, because most people and my case as well too I'm very lazy. I need that motivational kick in the, butt to get back to the restaurant and say this is what we're going to do, this is how we're going to do it and this is how it's going to get done. We're going to report it back at the next quarterly meeting and we're going to say this is what we did and this is how we did it.

Again, if you're on that fence invest in yourself. It's not an expense right now it's an investment for your future, your business and your family as well too.
