The group, obviously, we went from what, like you said, six people and you filled it up to 20. It's changed, morphed, developed and turned into its own thing over the two years now, improved 100% and it was incredible back then, but you've also kept probably the most important element that was in that first meeting and that was the people, the openness, honesty and support.

This is the first workshop that it kind of was in this room as well with putting people on the hot seat up there. We're all jumping in insulting the hell out of everybody up there and telling them exactly what they don't want to hear, but they need to hear. That's the major element in our meetings that is so valuable and you just can't find it anywhere.

The other aspect is when you got into the restaurant business did you ever think that you could find a coach to help you run your restaurant anywhere? I mean it probably never entered your mind, it never entered my mind and it's unbelievable to be able to have somebody to help you run this type of business.

Overall, it's about time. There are people that don't own a restaurant here, there're people that have been in the business for many, many years, been successful on every level and it's about time. It's about where do you want to be at the end and it's about where do you want to be in the middle. Do you want to reinvent the wheel or do you want to ask somebody that already knows the answer to it?

That's the biggest thing, because we all have a life and we all need to take control of it. My life has changed, my business has changed, I unfortunately still work as much as I did, but tenfold. I don't know that I'd be in business right now if I didn't run across this, because if you always do what you always have, you know the whole thing, you know the whole line.

It's an opportunity to help you get somewhere a whole lot faster and a lot easier.
