I've been with Dave just a little over a year now and the one thing that impressed me right off when I got started with Dave is if you call him up he calls you back. It's not like you're in limbo land wondering if anybody ever got the phone call, so very good service and his materials are excellent.

I'd have to say that I've been more of a gatherer than a doer, but I've had all my managers out here now, I've been here twice and I think that we're in a position now to go back and start implementing all these things. Dave helped me get through a situation about a year ago with my previous manager and my accountant has told me that we had our best year in four years here this last year.

Just implementing some of the philosophies that Dave had given me then the coaching and being able to meet the rest of the members of the Elite Group, which has been very good, not only when they came to my restaurant, but I had hired a consultant to come out that I met through restaurant marketing to evaluate my restaurant and look for upgrading.

Actually, I was closed the week before the Elite Group came out and was putting things into action. Then I had the Elite Group in the restaurant and discovered that I might have been able to have gotten to the same place for a lot less money if I would have had the Elite Members there before. Not that the other one didn't help me a lot, but I got so much more information by having these people in my restaurant and it was just incredible.

I think that we're on the edge here of making big changes at Hamburg Inn and I think one of the things that's going to help that is having the consistence, the commitment of being able to go to these meetings and as we start implementing these things having that access to Dave and say you know this is where we are, this is the situation, how can I get through this.

I would say that if you're looking to improve your bottom line and make your life a whole lot easier it would be real good at any level to get yourself started here.
