The biggest thing is every one of you talk about getting into the day-in-day-out routine. You know you have all these things you want to accomplish, but just like when you go home from here you'll sort of forget and you'll get lost. Being part of the mastermind group, first off, there's a little accountability, because you know you're going to see these folks again in a few months and you don't want to be the one around the table that never starts to do the inventory, never starts to do the inventory or whatever.

That only goes so many times before they start throwing things at you, so it helps to keep you motivated as well. You just feel like you have that encyclopedia in your back pocket. If you just can't find the answer yourself you at least have somebody you can get a hold of and work things out, so for me it's been a motivator more than anything, just to keep me excited.

Just like I'm sure a lot of you are so excited right now to get back and start doing a lot of things that you've learned about I experience that about every three months, so that's huge in itself.
