What is the workshop schedule?
Day one, registration is at 8:30 am. The workshop will start at 8:30 am and run till 6:30 pm most days, expect the last day will end at Noon. From time to time attendees may have an opportunity to stay after regularly scheduled hours to listen to a bonus speaker.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation and Substitutions: Refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing up to five working days before the first day of the workshop, minus a $50.00 registration service charge. No refunds are permitted after that, but may be applied toward a future workshop. Please note that if you do not attend and you have not cancelled, no refund will be granted. Substitutions may be made at any time.
